I often get asked do 12 week transformations work? This is me 30 days exactly. I'm 11 weeks out from @wbff_offical. Now I'm fully aware this is my job, a body transformation specialist, but it's all relative. Everyone's goals are different. Even though I'm not starting from a weight loss perspective, what's exciting is forget 90 days, and ask a better questions. Stuart came to see me for two main reasons, he's going to LA and wants a platform to build the rest of his fitness from, and secondly sort his back as he's a hairdresser and struggles with posture. Transformations take time. @natashja001 has taken little over 12 months, but setting a vision, knowing your "whys" and creating a detailed result based strategy (not blind tactics) works.
